Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of each month unless cancelled in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be completed at least 14 days prior to the 1st of the month.

If a renewal has already processed, that month’s box will ship as scheduled and cannot be refunded.

You may update your shipping address, payment method, or pause your subscription at any time through your customer account.
